The musical compilation Greater Jamaica Moon Walk - Reggay, recorded at Duke Reid's (Duke Reid) famous Kingston studio Treasure Isle, captures a pivotal moment in Jamaican music history in 1969, where the space age intersected with the emergence of early reggae. Led by master saxophonist Tommy McCook (Tommy McCook), house band The Supersonics crafted a conceptual soundscape merging Apollo-inspired space instrumentals with classic vocal ska, rocksteady, and boss reggae. The record features an all-star lineup of Jamaican music pioneers, including John Holt (John Holt), Dave Barker (Dave Barker), The Ethiopians, The Gladiators, alongside keyboardists Glen Adams (Glen Adams) and Winston Wright (Winston Wright).

This reissue restores the rare original Jamaican edition to circulation, complete with faithful 1969 artwork reproduction, remastered audio, and archival liner notes by reggae historian Dr. Buster Dynamite (Dr. Buster Dynamite).
